There are many regions in Spain that have their own variation of a paella recipe. The paella we serve in our restaurant is also known as “paella de marisco,” or seafood paella. For example, you will find mussels, squid & prawns in our paella and the rice is cooked in a powerful seafood broth.<\/p>\n

At Tia Rosa, each paella is freshly prepared, which means the preparation time is about 30 minutes.
